All private Pathology/Diagnostic center Notice

All private Pathology/Diagnostic  center authority, in order to improve their service quality and to create a database, are hereby  directed, to send the name, designation, current place of posting (with code number in case of Govt. official), consent paper, certificates, renewed BMDC registration number and mobile phone number of the officials working as Consultant- pathology, biochemistry, microbiology and radiology & imaging, within 7 working days of the publication of this notice, to the undersigned.
