Every year more than a million people in our country are getting burned. Among them, about half a million of the burn patients get admitted in the hospitals, and about 6-8 thousand dies out of severe burn. The violence and burn incidents take place in several districts but remain unnoticed as there is no statistical record. For gathering the statistical information of burn patients the registration must be started in order to make further action plans and also necessary measures should be taken about considering Burn as a notifiable disease like Polio, Tetanus and Tuberculosis etc. For details, please click here.
